Recreation Rental Request Form
Please fill out the following form to request a house rental or lane reservation with Union Recreation. A house rental includes all ten bowling lanes and bowling shoes for all guests. We recommend a house rental for parties of 30 or more and require house rentals for parties of 40 or more. A lane rental reserves bowling lanes. We recommend no more than 5-6 people per lane to play a full game in one hour. The maximum amount of lanes you can rent at a time is 1-5. If you would like more than five, we require a house rental.
