Bowling
The Union bowling alley is a great place to kick back, hang out, and relax. We have special prices and bowling classes for students and if you ever wanted to have a birthday or celebration in a bowling alley you can reserve the whole house!
Union Recreation Safety Measures
- The Union Recreation Desk is operating at half capacity to allow social distancing
- All equipment will be sanitized between uses
- The recreation area will receive a sanitizing walkthrough hourly
- University bowling, billiard and ping-pong classes will still be hosted and can accept walk-in players outside of class times
- Cash is still an acceptable form of payment

- 5:00 pm – Close (w/ U of U ID) — $2.50/game
- Everyday (Before 5:00 pm) — $1.75/game
- Shoe Rental — $2.00/pair

Exercise and Sport Science Fitness (ESSF) Bowling Classes
Bowling classes can be taken for credit or noncredit. The class number is ESSF 1145 (for-credit) or ESSF 145 (noncredit). Students can register for the class through the Campus Information System (CIS). Please click here for more information.
