Equipment and Services

Additional equipment and services can be added to reservations. Equipment cannot be used outside of the Union building.

Adapters for Mac computers

For use with projectors and TVs.

There are no additional charges for Macintosh adapters.

Additional Event Support Staff

There is always a building manager on duty for A/V support and event setup, but for an additional $35/hour per manager, extra managers can be available and can be required for larger events.

Audio Mixers

Six and sixteen channel mixers are available.

There are no additional charges for mixers.

Campus Police

There is always a building manager on duty to provide building security, but for an additional $75/hour/police (4 hours & 2 police minimum), campus police can be available.

Conference Phones

High quality speakerphone audio ideal for conference calls.

There are no additional charges for conference phones.

Note: Only available in the Den, Parlor A, Parlor B, and Collegiate. For conference calls involving three or more callers, third party software is required. A calling card is required for long-distance calls.

Easels

For displaying large signage.

There are no additional charges for easels.

Extend Building Hours

We can extend the building’s hours for late or early events. Extending building hours costs $35/hour for rate category A or $60/hour for rate category B, C, & D.
We can also open the building on a day we would normally be closed for a $500 charge.

Flex Screens

For partitioning rooms or section off private areas.

There are no additional charges for flex screens.

Food Vendor Fee

There is a $100 charge for outside food vendors. Vendors need to be approved by University Catering and set up outside of the building.

Indoor Weather Backup

A room inside the Union may be reserved as a backup for an outdoor event. The cost for the additional room is half price if not used, full price if used.
